What is Motion of the Day

The MOD (Motion of the Day) is the programmed work out based on the basic movements: a Push, a Pull and a Squat. These challenges will always be varied and will always focus on the entire body with the focus point being one of the 3 basic movements. Each workout will have a Warm Up, Strength Element and the MOD. -For Everyone
