hello, We're Training in Motion

Training In Motion is a facility specialzing in movement and helping our members move better. We are a Personal Training facility for Individuals and for Small Groups. Our groups for most of our workouts will be between 8-12 participants. We pride ourselves in being there for our members and their families. Any gym can have equipment and offer workouts but at Training In Motion, we combine training and nutrition with a motivational, family like community where you will never train alone.

Training in Motion ist ein super Studio mit allen modernen Geräten, die man zu einem tollen Training braucht. Dazu ein sehr kompetenter und sympathischer Trainer. Wer kein klassisches Fitness Studio sucht, sondern ein Personal Training ist hier genau richtig.

Ich mag keine gewöhnlichen Fitnessstudios und Training in Motion ist genau das richtige. Tim (Trainer) ist super authentisch und motivierend und wirklich super professionell! Ich bin immer skeptisch gegenüber Trainern, weil da draußen laufen genügend Leute rum die keine Ahnung haben. Aber Tim Harris und Training in Motion kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Danke Tim!
